MONDAY
6.30 PM – 7.15 PM …… King Edward Hall (Old Library), Lindfield (Price: £7)

Bring ballet shoes if you have them. If not, don’t worry. Just bring some comfy socks to warm up, then the class will be bare foot.

Ballet is paid directly to the instructor at £7 a class at the beginning of the month. This is a monthly payment only, not per class.

WHAT IS BALLET2TONE?

Ballet2Tone is a completely different way of exercising. Ballet movements are used to create many different exercises throughout the class. The intensity of the exercises gradually build as the movements become bigger and more elevated.

The main focus is to tone, sculpt and condition the entire body.

Ballet2Tone classes are a great way to improve your strength, stability, flexibility, co-ordination, balance using every muscle.

Most of all it is great fun. Anyone can come and join in.

Throughout the class, the whole body will be engaged in movement, even the feet.

Using a dancer’s technique, we can develop a sleeker, stronger and more flexible physique.

No equipment is needed.
